There is a small car park at the rear of the Theatre, never had a problem parking there, but get there a good hour or more before the show starts as it will get full. It’s a pay and display
The café certainly is. The stalls level of the theatre is - we had a man in a wheelchair sat on our row. I'm pretty sure there's lift access to the circle level and wheelchair spaces up there too.
