Located in the hills of the Scottish Borders, 65-acre Dawyck enjoys an almost continental climate comprising warm dry summers followed by cold, snowy winters. Wonderful garden with wide variety of plants to enjoy at all times of the year. Excellent cafe worth diverting to even if you don’t go into the gardens. Be aware - dogs aren’t allowed though.Full review by philandsuek
